"Even though my delivery was quick, i tore terribly requiring 90 minutes of stitiching....but...I'm healing up very well. I want to hug and kiss Trudy for making the healing shampoo. Seriously, it has made ALL the difference in my tears healing and the stitches not pulling. I take a sitz bath twice a day with some shampoo diluted in it and I just can't get over how much it's helped. I tore as bad as you can and it's amazing how fast it's healing.
